Facebook Advisers Propose Ways to Allow Tweens on the Site Officially

What should Facebook do to safely and legally let children under 13 use the site? Its advisers offer a wish list that includes an advertisement-free environment – a costly proposition for Facebook – and a requirement that children “friend” their parents on Facebook, so that they can see what is posted.
