It\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s the latest evidence that the president will have to overcome a possibly enormous financial disadvantage to\u00c2\u00a0win reelection.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/query.nictusa.com\/cgi-bin\/dcdev\/forms\/C00431445\/806136\/\">Obama for America<\/a>, the <a href=\"http:\/\/query.nictusa.com\/cgi-bin\/dcdev\/forms\/C00494740\/805999\/\">Obama Victory Fund<\/a>, and the\u00c2\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/query.nictusa.com\/cgi-bin\/dcdev\/forms\/C00010603\/806100\/\">Democratic National Committee<\/a> had a combined $124 million on hand to close July, the FEC reports show. The total was roughly $60 million less than the $186 million haul the Romney campaign announced earlier in August, raised with the assistance of the Republican National Committee.<\/p>\n<p>The president\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s campaign has spent heavily on ads over the summer in an effort to define the former Massachusetts governor.
