Nakamoto, for his part, is strenuously denying it.<\/p>\n<p>In a video of Nakamoto&#8217;s interview with an AP reporter\u00e2\u20ac\u201dwho drove the man to a Los Angeles AP office with a ridiculous press car chase following behind\u00e2\u20ac\u201dthe alleged Bitcoin creator claims he was still working on government contracts in 2001, and has been unemployed since then. <\/p>\n<p>He slips a couple of times on Bitcoin terminology, accidentally calling it &quot;Bitcom&quot; and saying &quot;I never communicated with Bitcoins.&quot; <\/p>\n<p>That could be because, although Dorian Nakamoto&#8217;s English is good, he&#8217;s not a native speaker. Some are pointing to a side-by-side comparisons of Dorian&#8217;s writing and Bitcoin papers by &quot;Satoshi&quot; as evidence that the two men can&#8217;t possibly be same:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"546\" alt=\"Here&amp;#39;s Video of Dorian Nakamoto Denying He Created Bitcoin\" width=\"970\" src=\"http:\/\/ift.tt\/1fPdSBn\"><\/p>\n<p>Shown one of Satoshi&#8217;s papers, Nakamoto <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/ift.tt\/1f4SoFi\">said<\/a>, &quot;Peer-to-peer can be anything,&quot; he said. &quot;That&#8217;s just a matter of address. What the hell? It doesn&#8217;t make sense to me.&quot;<\/p>\n<p>Did Satoshi have an editor? Is Dorian putting on an act to protect his anonymity?
